Accuracy improves when the evidence is easy to inspect.
Learners, providers and readers can report outdated or inaccurate information. We check material changes against an official or authoritative source before editing a listing.
What to include
Share the provider or issuing organisation’s official page showing the current information.
Explain the exact field, statement or link that appears inaccurate or outdated.
How we review a correction
We compare the report with the strongest available source, prioritising the provider, issuing organisation, regulator or other authoritative record. A social post may support a date or temporary schedule, but it does not replace a stable official source when one exists.
Possible outcomes
We may update a fact and its source-review date, add context, replace a broken source, merge a duplicate, remove an unsupported claim, or leave the page unchanged when the evidence does not establish a correction. Commercial relationships do not determine the outcome.
Provider responses and disputes
A provider may explain why it believes a listing is incomplete or inaccurate. We distinguish a factual correction from a request to rewrite independent editorial context, and we do not exchange favourable wording or rankings for payment.
Material transparency
Programme facts can change frequently, so detail pages show a source-review date and tell learners to verify current information. For substantial editorial changes, we update the page’s review date rather than presenting old content as newly published.
Send the page and official source.
Choose “Listing correction” in the contact form and describe the change.
